Give Thanks – A Time to Reflect

Thanksgiving is upon us.

In our busy day to day lives it is easy to get caught up in our activities and to forget to notice the many blessings that surround us.  At this time of year we are reminded to pause and to give thanks to the Universe, to family and friends, and to those who mentor and inspire us.

We, as members of the Heartfelt Intentions Community, can help other reach their goals by supporting and encouraging each other through communication and sharing.  Let’s be mindful of our words and actions.  What we say and do may have a profound effect on others without our even knowing it.  The smallest gesture of kindness, sharing of our struggles and successes can be far reaching.  The impact on one person can touch another, then another and so on and so on…

A good goal to set is to give thanks not only on Thanksgiving day.  Let’s set aside a few moments each day to show gratitude and kindness.  Sharing this goal will be a step towards making our world a better place to live.
